Rubi Soto

My name is Rubi Soto, and I am the proud founder of The Bilingual Lab! I’ve always had a passion for teaching language and literacy, and it has been a long-time dream of mine to launch a program of my own. With 15 years of classroom experience, I’ve also worked as a bilingual reading interventionist. I hold a Master’s in Education in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy Studies, along with a Reading Specialist certification.

Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud wife to my adoring husband Eliseo, and a mom to our two wonderful kids—Mia and Leon! We also have our sweet fur baby, Abby. As a family, we love going on hikes and finding new adventures together. I’m a bookworm at heart and a passionate advocate for early bilingual literacy and Spanish immersion programs in our community
